If you're one of those people who doesn't read the Help file, you might not think much of this program. Though it displays no personal data and creates no links to your PC, we thought you should know. Web-based utilities can use Cloud-based resources for up-to-date, knowledge-based maintenance, but not every issue has been worked out to every user's satisfaction.
